Face Rock (Bandon, Ore)

Bandon is an amazing town along the Oregon Coast and has many massive rock croppings along its beaches, which are fun to adventure within and a blast to photograph.
The main event is Face Rock, whose silhouette takes the form of a face and is pointed up toward the sky and stars. Since it’s one of the largest rocks in the area and located just out to sea, it gets some of the first morning light, as in this image with the top of Face Rock being illuminated by the kiss of the days first sun rays.
