The Watchman Sunset Glow (Zion N.P.)

Zion National Park’s scenery is some of the best you’ll find anywhere in the world. And its dramatic difference in elevation from the valley floor to the top of the cliff walls is something that will constantly make you feel amazement within your mind and heart, while washing a sense of calmness over your soul for being one with nature that’s surrounding you. 
I was late to the show on this particular sunset, as we did a monster hike starting at sunrise that day. When we finally got back to the camp group, I only had a few minutes to capture anything with the dramatic light, so I did a quick jog to a spot that I had noticed the day before and was able to fire off a few frames of The Watchman before the sun’s light was gone.
